Writers typically anticipate a conventional discussion of themes, craft, and influences. Our process differs. Over the past year, we have developed an analytical system designed to examine how a writer constructs meaning: the rhetorical patterns, tonal signatures, structural habits, and implicit logic that shape their work.
Early participants have described the experience as unusually thorough. This is not due to personal intrusion, but to a level of textual scrutiny rarely applied to contemporary digital writing. We analyse humour, cadence, moral reasoning, emotional regulation, and the strategic choices that guide narrative voice.
The method is collaborative.
Willy AI conducts the structural and linguistic analysis.
Bill Human contextualises the findings and formulates the interview.
From this, we generate three tailored questions. They are specific to the writer’s intellectual and stylistic tendencies and cannot be replicated by a standard questionnaire. As interviewees observed:

Although our published work at Satirical Planet News often involves satire, the interview process does not. It is analytical, systematic, and deliberately non-performative. Writers determine the tone of their responses; our role is to provide a precise and intellectually grounded framework.
